- Refund Policy for Website Design Services
Web Based Agency strives to provide exceptional website design services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund may be necessary. Please review the following refund policy:
Early Termination:
If a client terminates the project before its completion, they may be eligible for a 25% refund of the initial 50% of quote down payment, minus any costs incurred by Web Based Agency up to that point.
Post-Completion Changes and Refunds:
After project completion, no refunds will be issued.
Clients have 7 days from the project completion date to request unlimited changes to the website design.
Any changes requested after the 7-day period will incur additional fees.
